Vanja Rupena was born on April 18, 1978 in Koper, Slovenia. She is a model by profession. In the year 1996 she won Miss Croatia and also represented her country in Miss World 1996. Being a model she also appeared on cover of Croatian edition of Elle magazine in July 2006, July 2009 and November 2010.
